If you access information on our websites, the following information may be automatically collected and stored on our servers:
- the name of the internet domain (for example, “xcompany.com” if you use a private Internet access account, or “yourschool.edu” if you are connecting from a university’s domain);
- the Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you are using the Internet) from which you access our site;
- the type of browser and operating system used to access our site;
- the date and time you access our site;
- the internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site; and
- the pages you visit and the information you request.
This information is primarily collected for statistical analysis and technical improvements to the site. Our computer system uses software programs to create summary statistics, which may be used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications and identifying system performance or problem areas. In certain circumstances, however, we may take additional steps to identify you based on this information and we may share this information, including your identity, with other government agencies.
Website measurement and customisation technologies (commonly called “cookies”) are small bits of text that are downloaded to your internet browser when you visit a website. You may control permissions for cookies on this or any other website by adjusting your individual browser settings for customised privacy protection. You can still use our websites if you do not accept the cookies, but you may be unable to use certain cookie-dependent features.
Session cookies – Session cookies are not stored on your computer’s hard drive and are removed when you complete your session or exit the site. No personally identifying information is gathered.
Persistent cookies – Persistent cookies remain on your computer’s hard drive after you complete an activity. For example, some of our websites use persistent cookies in association with a voluntary customer satisfaction survey conducted by a third party. These surveys obtain feedback and data regarding visitor satisfaction with our websites, but they do not collect any personally identifying information. If you are randomly selected to participate in this survey, a persistent cookie is stored on your computer’s hard drive for 90 days to preclude a new invitation during that time. Some of our websites also use persistent cookies to enable a Google Analytics or Webtrends program to measure how new and returning visitors use our websites over time. These persistent cookies do not collect any personally identifying information and the information that is collected is only used to improve our websites.
Our websites may contain links to websites created and maintained by other public and/or private organisations. We provide these links as a service to visitors to our site. When you follow a link to an external site, you are leaving Web Set Go and are subject to the privacy and security policies of the external site. All our terms and policies apply solely to information collected by Web Set Go.
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this server system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials.
Our offices are protected by coded magnetic proximity locking devices that are only provided to authorised employees of the company. Further security includes 24/7/365 closed-circuit digital camera monitoring and alarm monitoring.
Our servers are located in data-centres utilising biometric palm scanners and/or proximity card readers access and locked cages, closed-circuit digital camera monitoring and centralised security stations – monitored 24/7/365.
All private information is maintained on digital files encrypted for security. Working documents are kept confidential and securely destroyed when no longer required.
Web Set Go maintains several lists of subscribers who have asked to receive periodic email updates. Any recipient of our email may unsubscribe from future messages via a link at the bottom of each email message or by return email. We do not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise disclose our subscribers list to persons or organisations outside the Department of Justice.
Our email analytics provider, also offer the capability to view some data, such as when and where a message was opened at an individual level for 90 days after an email was sent; as a matter of policy and practice this data is only viewed on an aggregate basis.
We may share aggregated demographic information with 3rd parties in the case they would like to know aggregate demographics of our audience. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We do not share personally identifiable information with 3rd parties.
You will receive administrative emails that are related to the primary usage of our service. You may not opt-out of administrative emails. These administrative emails will not have any marketing, promotional or advertising material(s) in them.
This policy applies to all clients of Web Set Go, Campaign Monitor and Hub Mill. It includes clients with email services stored on servers provided by Web Set Go, Campaign Monitor and/or Hub Mill.
Web Set Go is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-spamming policy. Under this policy, we prohibit sending spam messages, or any unsolicited commercial e-mail. Cross-posting messages to a large number of ‘usenet’ groups, posting obscene or threatening messages while using or referring to Web Set Go email addresses or hosted web site is prohibited. The use of Web Set Go servers as a mail drop for responses to activities described above is also prohibited. We react quickly and seriously to any possible violations, and we reserve the right to suspend services, without prior notice.
Accounts cancelled due to spam violation will be charged a ‘clean-up’ fee between $5,000 and $30,000. Email servers are shared with other organisations and this fees only covers the data migration, software and setup of new server(s) and services. This fee does not include damages that may be inured by third parties or other clients which will be pursued independently. Web Set Go will not be held liable for any losses, damages and inconvenience due to the violation of this policy.

All services provided by Web Set Go may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Australian Federal, State or Local law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, intellectual property, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute without proper authorisation. Web Set Go clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Set Go from any claims resulting from the use of our web servers or service which damages any other party. Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all Web Set Go servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. Web Set Go will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Web Set Go servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links:
- Pirated software
- Victimisation or bullying
- Vulgar or offensive language
- Hacker programs or archives
- Inciting violent or illegal acts
- Pornographic content
- Child pornography
- Warez sites
Web Set Go does not host sites of its competitors or web pages promoting sites of its competitors. Any illegal activity, including pornographic content, links to pornographic content, spamming or hacking will result in your service being suspended. All your data will be removed without warning and submitted to the legal authorities for determination and prosecution. Web Set Go will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law. Also we reserve the right to terminate service to any customer for any reason not prohibited by law, including non-payment. Any deliberate attempt to cause damage to Web Set Go or any other Internet servers will result in immediate account deactivation without prior notice. No refund is given in this case.
Children and Privacy
We believe in the importance of protecting the privacy of children online and do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. Our site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13.
